Our spa is a sanctuary of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity by switching your mobile phone off or on silent during your treatment.

Health

Please kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation.

Arrival Time

Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a spa consultation form and/or health questionnaire.
We recommend 15 minutes for spa treatment bookings. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

We kindly ask that you continue to follow our health and safety protocols at your next appointment and have a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Your personal contact information must be up-to-date. This applies to new and existing clients.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have been overseas in the last 14 days, been in contact with, or have had a confirmed COVID-19 case.
Please adhere to social distancing guidelines. No handshaking or physical contact except for treatments and procedures to reduce the risk of infection.
Our staff will be required to wear masks, guests will also be provided masks to limit the exposure to the virus.
Guests can continue to book treatments and purchase gift certificates online. Alternatively, you will also be able to call us if have any questions on 07 3378 0613
We encourage our clients to use cashless transactions such as tap&go, direct deposit, or book and pay online through our website.
Please stay at home and kindly advise us if you are feeling unwell before your appointment.
Our staff is trained daily following government recommendations on the best hygiene practises minimising the spread of the virus.
We continue to follow a high standard of hygiene protocols with guidance from the Australian Government Department of Health including the use hospital grade cleaning products to disinfect and sterilise all, frequently touched areas and surfaces, treatment rooms, equipment and treatment towels between clients.

Let’s Indulge will continue to update our health and safety protocols as recommended by the Queensland State Government.
