• Certificates will be deemed void if notice of cancellation of a booking is not received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or the holder of the certificate fails to arrive at the appointment.
• Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
• Certificates may be redeemed any day of the week unless otherwise stipulated.
• Expired certificates hold no value.
• Certificates are not refundable.
• Gift certificates are not valid in conjunction with any promotion unless otherwise stipulated.

Arrival Time

• Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a spa consultation form and/or health questionnaire.
• We recommend 15 minutes prior for spa treatment bookings. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

• A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
