YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY ARE TOP PRIORITIES
In light of the growing public health risk surrounding COVID-19, we are closely monitoring the situation from the Federal Government and reviewing our approach regularly.
As a massage and day spa we have always followed the medical protocols for disinfection and disease prevention. Given the current situation and with guidance from the Australian Government Department of Health, we have intensified our efforts around best practices for virus prevention.
Actions we’re taking to care for your health & wellbeing:
We offer Bookings Assurance
Due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we understand clients may wish to cancel or postpone their appointments. As your health is of the utmost importance, we would like to provide you with the assurance that if you would like to cancel your appointment, there will be no cancellation fee.
You don’t need to worry about Gift Certificates Expiring
There is still plenty of time to use your gift certificates as there is a minimum expiry date of 3 years for all gift certificates from the date it was supplied.
We offer extra privacy and wellbeing
We will have rooms dedicated to private appointments to ensure that the rooms are rigorously cleaned to the highest standard for your treatment.
Our staff are trained on the best practises daily
Our staff are briefed daily and are practising the Health Department’s recommendations for personal and workplace protection particularly in a spa environment.
We Use Hospital Grade Cleaning Products
We use hospital-grade cleaning products on our treatment rooms, equipment, spa towels and instruments and have always disinfected/sterilised between clients. We are now additionally, disinfecting shared surfaces such as door knobs, bathroom fixtures, and our front desk regularly throughout the day.
Deployment of Hand Sanitisers
Alcohol-based hand sanitisers will be available to clients and staff at all times.
Social distancing: for the time being, we’re discouraging hugs and handshakes as an extra precaution to keep us all safe.
Inform Our Staff
We ask that you please inform staff before your appointment if you have been overseas or have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
