Gift Certificate Terms

1. Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
2. Valid between 5th Feb to 26th Aug. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
3. Certificates must be redeemed by the expiry date. Expired certificates hold no value.
4. Certificates will be deemed void if notice of cancellation is not received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, or if the holder fails to arrive at the scheduled appointment time.
5. Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
6. Certificates may be redeemed any day of the week unless otherwise stipulated.
7. Certificates are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
8. Product discounts apply only to the promotional packages.

Campaign-Specific Terms

1. Promotional packages are valid for purchase between 4th Dec to 31st Dec 2025
2. Packages are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Promotional packages are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Complimentary enhancements or trial samples included in packages are subject to availability.

Health Information

1. Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation.
2. It is important to inform us of any relevant health details to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Arrival Time

1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete a consultation form and/or health questionnaire.
2. Late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time to ensure other appointments run on schedule.

Cancellation Policy

1. A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
2. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time, but the full treatment cost will still apply.
